Get Started: New Clients

Thank you for choosing SPA DEL! Making a reservation for boarding, day care, grooming or our community waterpark is easy:

STEP 1: Create your account and complete the New Client Reservation Form.
STEP 2: Review SPA DEL’s polices for the service(s) you’re requesting.
STEP 3: Select your services!
STEP 4: A SPA DEL Client Ambassador will contact you to review your service request and SPA DEL Facility requirements.

First time clients will need to schedule and attend your dog’s temperament test and submit current vaccination records prior to scheduling any service.

Existing Clients

Welcome back to SPA DEL! After you’ve first signed up with us, booking a new appointment is easy! Whether through our online reservation system or through the SPA DEL app, you’ll be off to the races in minutes!

STEP 1: Sign in to your account.
STEP 2: In your account, request an appointment for your desired service(s).
STEP 3: A SPA DEL Ambassador will contact you to schedule your dog’s visit.

Facility Requirements

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we have a few requirements for our boarding, enrichment day care, grooming, and waterpark.

  • Current on Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines.
  • On annual flea and tick preventative.
  • Wears a leash and collar with name tag upon arrival.
  • Pet Parent has signed and submitted all agreements, waivers, and vet records.
  • Successful completion of SPA DEL Temperament Assessment.
